Actually, the more proper term is ‘Transgendered’.


Possibly, for use in sentences phrased like, forcibly transgendered, or surgically transgendered.

Tranny, or Tranny Ho, refers to Transvestites.


'She-Males’ refers to men who are on hormones, developed feminine figures, and dress as women but, have retained their penis.


A major insult to a transgendered person would be to refer to them as an ‘eunuch’.


However, not all people who are concidered transgendered are those who have, or will have a sex change. (AKA: SRS or Sexual Reassignment Surgery)


Transexual and Transgender have come to mean nearly the same thing.

The term Transgender was originally coined to try and differentiate those who wished to be women.


She-Males and Transvestites do not want to become women.


It is a minor distinction, but nuance is everything.
