Which is the correct preposition?

I wouldn't use either. You die of natural causes, not of natural disasters.

My choice of preposition would be in followed by an article. Otherwise perhaps, as a result of.

I'd use "in" for all three as a first choice, although with "war", I'd probably use "Many people have been killed in wars".
