Hello everyone,

I am reading the children's poem "Sneezles" (https://www.familyfriendpoems.com/po...s-by-a-a-milne) but I do not understand the following part of it:

All sorts and conditions
Of famous physicians
Came hurrying round
At a run.


What does "come hurrying round at a run" mean?

I could not find any explanation for it online, it would be great if you could help me.

But what does it mean exactly? I am not a native speaker. Does it mean they came running fast?
