Sentences:

1. I need a refund of the money. (I guess, we can just say, "I need a refund", unless "refund" can be used for anything other than "money")

2. A set of instructions to read off and churn through.

3. You have got a manual with step by step procedures to plod through.

4. I will wait until you figure out what is hosed up in the system.
Please, someone explain what those sentences mean.
