What does "media wall" mean? I tried to find its definition on the internet, but failed.

At a social networking service company, the boss told her team that she was changing the name of their group from Consumer Marketing to Creative Marketing. Despite the fact that it seemed like a small change, it had an instant impact on the group. Immediately, they redefined themselves as a creative hub of the company. Within a few days the team reorganized the space, bringing in new furniture and designing a media wall to showcase their creative accomplishments. They started coming up with more innovative ideas and suggested new projects that reflected their newly defined role in the company. It became abundantly clear that the team was incredibly creative, but that they hadn't thought that it was their primary role to generate new ideas. The change in their name gave them explicit permission to exercise their imagination.

Although I've not come across the term before:

I believe it's likely to mean a display wall, showing a collage of their creative achievements in the various media they cover. It would also, effectively, show the areas that they may wish to develop further.

PS: It's somewhat similar to the TV homicide detectives who put the names of all those potentially involved on a wall and identify, alongside them, their relationship to the crime, the victim and the crime scene. It makes it easier to visualise the connections and the "big picture".

It would be something like a large bulletin board where photos, clippings etc. could be posted.

Picking up on Probus' comment, many schools have media walls, where they post pictures/photos of special events that the children have been involved in, such as school trips, class projects etc.
