For example, Internet dating has become pretty popular these day. It is a very big business. On the one hand, many single people have the chance to meet people online, get to know them via email and messaging, before actually meeting face to face.

Shouldn't we add conjunction "and" after "online,"?
Can we introduce a list without putting any conjunctions?

Shouldn't we add the conjunction "and" after "online,"? Yes, and the comma is not needed in that position.

Can we introduce a list without putting in any conjunctions? Technically, yes, but only in very literary or poetic styles. Don't do it.
