Could you tell me what "miss a photo opportunity" means?

Here's an example of the phrase:

The photographer of the night was Rhonda. She came across as a true professional in her field. She was courteous and friendly, and always in the right place at the right time so she never missed a photo opportunity.

The author meant "she always took an interesting photo when the opportunity arose." The phrase "photo opportunity" could mean something else in a different context.
