How would you answer this EFL learner's question? ( as an EFL learner)

"Why we say Miss World and not World's Miss?, and accordingly why we don't say Light Street, and we say Street light" ?

1. The "miss" in "Miss World" is a title. Same as Mr. Brownstone or Dr. Johnson.

2. It is a light. It is a light that is on the street. "Street" acts as an adjective. Adjectives, in normal cases, go before the word they modify. A green car. A friendly dog. A car door.
