You didn't ask, but if this is written by you, as well as inserting the comma, I'd get rid of 'therefore': it's redundant. And at the end, if each section deals with one aspect, I'd write: '... six sections, each tackling one of the main aspects of the [question - or, more commonly, 'issue', assuming it is not an actual '?' question that is being tackled, although the appropriate word would depend on the context ('problem' and 'matter' are other possibilities)]'.
