I think it is meant to impress, but it really doesn't.

IMO this is just business verbiage riddled (by definition) with buzzwords. And they talk all day long about communication skills *sigh*.

I am going to start my last (?) year in Computing Engineering.
Some of my teachers boast about their knowledge and use as many technical words as they can.

I don't mind technical terms when there is a need- but this sentence is just unnecessarily wordy. ;-)
