I saw it these two sentences on a news channel. Why the definite "the" is omitted before "U.S.A" and the indefinite artticle "A" before "baby girl"?
I have read and seen many sentences like these on a newspaper and a news channel, where the articles are omitted most times.

Shorter words are omitted because they need to save space in newspaper headlines and on the captions on news channels.

Newspaper headlines have a special grammar of their own, designed to minimize space while preserving meaning.

Is there is a link to master the special grammar on the Internet?

No. There is no "special grammar" for the internet. There are different styles used in different contexts.
