Hello everyone,

"avoir les nerfs solides" is "to have nerves of steel" in English. What about "avoir un moral d'acier" and "être moralement solide", please?
Is "to have a high morale" or "to be in good spirits" the same as "avoir un bon moral" which could be slightly different from the 2 expressions above?

"avoir un moral d' acier" and "etre moralement solide" mean " to be morally strong"; morale d'acier can also be "unmovable mind".

" to have a high morale" is " avoir le moral haut" which means that you are ok or have got over something and are doing fine.
But to " be in good spirits" which is similar to " being of good cheer" means " etre de bonne humeur"ou " etre content ..."
