Which one is correct when talking about someone's mood and morale?

Her morale situation was getting better.
Her morale was getting better.
Her spiritual health was getting better.

"Her morale was getting better" is the best of the examples, although I would be more likely to say "Her morale was improving".

I agree, and whatever 'spiritual health' is supposed to mean, it's not the same as 'mood and morale'.

I would also say "Her morale was raised" or "Her morale was rising".
