What is the plural of:
He is more of a teacher than me.
(They are more of a teacher/of teachers ? than us)

'is more of a' is a set phrase.

Try,

They are better teachers than we are / than us.
They are better at teaching than we are / than us.

I agree with Cas. I would say:
  • He is a better teacher than I am.
