Most news channels broadcast propaganda nowadays instead of news. They do propaganda on their channels.

I know you have told me that I can say they broadcast publicity for movies and TV series. But I would like to say these channels are sold and show whatever benefits them. They take money from influential people and show something bad for the people they want to derogate.

Is my sentence correct?

I think you mean "partisan" instead of "sold."

It's special news, not a special news.

If they take money to show particular news, some people might say they have been "bought", not "sold".

An organization that has been bought in this sense can also be said to have "sold out".

You can say "the channels have sold out" but not "have been sold." "To be sold" means "to change ownership."
