Iam applying for a job as a reservation clerk. I do not really know what to include in the second paragraph.
I have the qualification but finding it hard to put it down in pen.

What is the style of letter you write ? Please tell me the subject of your first paragraph. What is the plan of your letter?

A cover letter should quickly tell the reader these things. It should tell that you understand the job. It should tell that you have the qualification. It should tell that you desire the job.
