Are "multimillionaires" and "billionaries" interchangeable? Or is the former richer than the latter as mathematically the latter is about 1000 times richer?

Er ... a billion is a thousand million (these days). You can be a multimillionaire with 100 million, but that doesn't make you a billionaire.

You've got it the wrong way round, keannu.

Multimillionaires have more that one million, but not as much as billionaires, who have 1,000 million.
