Do a Google search for MP3- you'll find loads. I don't know which file sharing sites are still running, but a search with 'sharing'in should help:

There are many good sites for downloading music for free. I use Kazaa Lite and you can download free music (MP3s and other formats), documents, videos, etc. (original Kazaa went belly up so now they have KazaaLite).
Another one a friend of mine is using is Morpheus. It's just as good if not better than Kazaa and very popular!
