Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"My dear Tim, this whole thing about Kevin is a big opportunity for us. You love the seventh art, and after reviewing the video I believe we could achieve a perfect shot."

Yes. I don't understand what a perfect shot is supposed to mean though. It sounds like something in the video convinced the writer they could create an ideal filming sequence.

"The seventh art" is the cinema. In French culture, it's a very common term. Anglophone cineastes are probably familiar with it but it would be lost on a wider audience.
