Hello!
Suppose you have had enough of reminding your kids to wipe their feet when they come home from school.
Could I say something like that:
How many more times do I have to reprimand you for bringing dirt into the house? I am powerless. My hands drop down.
Is "My hands drop down" acceptable to you? In my opinion, I am powerless = My hands drop down.
What is your opinion?
Please do not tell me about "until you are blue in the face" bacause I am familiar with that.
Thank you.
Does "My hands drop down" exist in English at all?

It definitely exists - I've just read it four times in your thread, and somebody googling it will now find it there, but I've never heard of it before.

I don't think it exists as an idiom. It's obviously a proper literal description for an event in which your hands drop down. But even then, it would need a context.

In English, one might 'throw UP one's hands' to express exasperation, defeat, or even resignation.

Throwing something down usually represents a challenge or fight.

And it's usually a gauntlet, though admittedly they are thin on the ground lately.
