Are these two sentences OK?

I have done a bachelor's degree in power engineering, which is closely relevant to my work. This is one of the highlights of my job.
I have done a bachelor's degree in power engineering. My major is closely relevant to my work, which is one of the highlights of my job.

All three sentences are grammatically correct. I don't think you mean to say that your work is one of the highlights of your job - which doesn't make sense - but that's what both second sentences mean.

I want to say that because my work is closely relevant to my major is the reason that I like my job.

I think it is ungrammatical. I would replace 'is the reason that' with a comma.
