I know we can say "My point of view is that ....",

but is it correct to say "From my point of view, this is not a good plan. "

Hello.

'Point-of-view' is often misused for the word 'opinion' as I think it is in your first example.

'My opinion is that it would not be a good plan' suggests that the plan is not a good one for anybody involved.

'From my point-of-view, the plan is not a good one' really means that the plan is not good for you personally, although it may be quite a good plan for others involved.
