Is this sentence right?

Do you perhaps mean "Can the following nouns follow these adjectives"?

harsh storm :up:
freezing wind :up:
hard rain :up:
lightning storm electric storm is a recognized collocation.
intense rain :up:

Is this sentence right?

"I don't want you talking"

Certainly colloquial and understandable.
