Need advise on the correct way of expressing a sentence, thx

S1:It is the first time the painting is being displayed.

S2:The painting is being displayed for the first time.

In the above two sentences, which one makes more sense?

PLUS one other question, should I say:
The shop's utensils or The utensils (of or in???) the shop?
Similarly, the car's headlights or the headlights of the car?

The second sentence makes more sense.

With common collocation, we often use the first noun as an adjective, rather than a possessive, so I would say 'car headlights'. However, the possessive could be used when talking about a specific car. ;-)
