Try:
  • You need more exercise.
    You need to get more exercise.
    You should get more exercise.
    Have you been getting your exercise?
    I exercise every morning.
    I exercise every day.
    What do you think about exercise?
    I've had enough exercise.
    What kind of exercise do you like?
    I like strenuous exercise.
