Why of? What's the structure?
Can you give me another phrase using "of" in the same way?
Or is it just a phrase that you have to remember?

I hate Engrish。。
Gotta stop trying to teach it.
Too many unanswerable questions from students.

'Use' here is a noun, not a verb, which is why we use the proposition. ;-)

It wouldn't be of any great importance...
