Are these correct:

1)
-"Every day, you take the train or ride the bus to work"
-"No. I don't take the train or ride the bus. I always take the train."

2)
-"Every day, you take the train or ride the bus to work."
-"No. It is not true that I either take the train or ride the bus to work. I always take the train.

They are both grammatically correct, but neither is terribly natural. When someone makes a misstatement, the other person may correct that statement, but will not usually repeat the incorrect part.

I think it would be more natural to say:

1. No, I always take the train.
2. I never take the bus; I always take the train.
