New Section for Urdu Speaker especially for Pakistanis?

IS it possible to make a new section for urdu readers especially for Pakistanis?
If possible, when it will be established?

I want a section where We(The Urdu Reader especially Pakistanis) can seek help in english i.e. from this section I want to seek help from urdu to english translation and english to urdu translation for example
in english read : I am going to school
in urdu we would read it: mein school jaa raha hoon.
