Is this sentence OK?

When I am feeling down or feeling a little depressed, eating soup with nice big pieces of chicken in it make me feel better.

Re: nice big pieces of soap makes me feel better.

"makes"
"soup with nice big pieces of chicken in it" is singular.

How did the title of this thread change from "big pieces of chicken" to "big pieces of soap"? And why?

It's called, 'nice big pieces of chicken' now.

Edit: At least I thought it was, but my post title isn't!

Someone edited the thread title but hasn't then gone on to edit the title on all the responses. I find it quite amusing, though, that it's now a post about soap, not even soup!
