Where's the best place to put "actually" in these answers?
Have you ever been to Nigeria?

1 No, actually I've never been to Africa at all.
2 No, I actually have never been to Africa at all.
3 No, I have actually never been to Africa at all.
4 No, I have never actually been to Africa at all.
5 No, I have never been to Africa at all, actually.

Delete "at all" in all of your responses. What do you mean by best? The placement of "actually" doesn't change the meaning of those sentences.

Why is "acutally" sometimes placed before and sometimes after the verb in the following sentences and sometimes at the very beginning or end of the sentence? Why is it not possible to do so in my examples in the original post?

I've actually heard of this.
I've never actually met Tom.
Actually, I don't like coffee.
He isn't actually the manager.
I'm fairly busy, actually.
That was actually really fun.

All five of your originals could be used in the right context but, as you were told already, you don't need the words "at all" in any of them.

Where "actually" is depends on what you want to emphasize.
