Hello everyone,
I'd like to ask about the meaning of the phrase "no hazards, none foreseen" in the following sentence.
A bright sign flashed from the top of the greeting arch, displaying the present atmospheric readings, followed by the cheery promise, "No hazards, none foreseen."
Does the phrase "no hazards, none foreseen" simply mean "no hazards foreseen" in the sense that "none" is only used for emphasis?
