These spices are worthless. No matter how much of these you add to your food, it doesn't taste good.

Please check my sentences. Is "how much of these" correct here?

Use "how much of them" or just "how much".

"Worthless" doesn't work. That means they have no monetary value. I'd use either "useless", "pointless" or "tasteless".

Remove the comma after matter and include the words in parentheses and it's okay.
