Please teachers, could you help me with this:

1) I'd like to know how to spell/write this:
No one have (or has?) to force (himself/herself, could it be itself?) to do this.
No one has to force himself/herself to do this?

2) What's the difference between 'to spell' and 'to write (down)'?
could you show some examples?

3) What's the difference between 'thing' and 'stuff'?
could you show some examples?

I appreciate any help. Thank you very much.

1) noone has to force himself/herself...
2) when you spell you say the letters of a word. W-O-R-D ; also when you make a spelling mistake in your let's say essay, you misspell a word. e.g. They achived a gradual increse in their production (I misspelled achieve; but there is one more spelling mistake, can you find it?)
3) you can check in merriam webster online dictionary.
but in everyday conversation I heard people saying: "is it your stuff?" meaning "does this thing belong to you?"

yeah, thank you. I've seen those words on the dictionary but it is still not clear. Their meanings are pretty close in my view, and as you just said, some people use both with the same meaning.
Could somebody give some examples?

Thanks a hundred.
