Please tell me about the differences between the two sentence below.

1. I make it no secret that our worst consultants earn nothing.
2. I don't make it secret that our worst consultants earn nothing.

Consider saying:
"It's no secret that our worst consultants earn nothing."

Did you mean, there is no difference between them?

I cannot see a difference between 'I make it no secret' and 'I don't make it a secret'.

Neither version is natural in English.

'It's no secret' is a standard expression meaning 'It's common knowledge'.
