Hello,

-There is no space for you to sit at the table.

-There is no space to sit at the table for you.

Is there any difference in these sentence I have written?

Thanks.

There is no difference.

Both sentences could be improved by omitting "to sit" and by replacing "space" with "place".

-There is no place for you at the table.

-There is no place at the table for you.

I know that space may seem to you better than place, and space is quite correct. But we would be more likely to say place. It is just the more common usage.
