my questinon is how "nobody" can be the subject of the sentence?

subject is a person, animan or thing that can exert force.

for example in this dialogue:

-Who was knocking at the door?
-Nobody was knocking at the door.

You are confusing grammar and physics. Tina. Any noun can be the subject of a sentence.

The hot air burned my face.
The vacuum of deep space will suck out your eyeballs.
