"Not a chance" or "No chance"

well, question is...

:argue:
- Give my money back !!!
- Not a chance.

So, could the answer be "No chance" without changing meaning? would it be right? If not, how could one use "No chance" as an answer?

Yes, you could quite reasonably say "no chance" as the reply. This is especially true if you are writing dialogue. The implication would be a complete sentence, abbreviated to give a sense of abruptness or quick action.

That complete sentence would be: "There is no chance of that!"
