[Idiom] nothing about nothing

Hello, is it possible to say one of these idioms in English? Do they or one of them sound correct?

1/ I don't know nothing about nothing.
2/ I know nothing about nothing.

They're not idioms. They're both possible, but neither of them is common, except in sub-standard English, in which both mean "I know nothing at all", or "I don't know anything at all".
"I don't know nothing ... " is not good English.

The best way to say you're totally clueless is to say:
"I know nothing about anything." or
"I don't know anything about anything."
