Are both of the following acceptable?

A-You thought I didn't know those guys. As a matter of fact I know them pretty well. Your cousin George I know from high school and Doctor Harrison I play tennis with at my club.

B-You thought I didn't know those guys. As a matter of fact I know them pretty well. Your cousin George, I know him from high school and Doctor Harrison, I play tennis with him at my club.

I'd add a comma before 'and' in A to make it more easily readable.;-)

I agree with TDOL about the comma, and I like the punctuation better in B. :D
