Hi teachers:

There is a sentence here:
This broker is accused of having cheated some investors out of their money.
This broker is accused of cheating some investors out of their money.

What is the difference between using cheating and having cheated?

Not a lot. The first may be used to imply that he's stopped. (Many would say there's no difference; I disagree. ;-))
