Is it correct to say "of which something is a part of"? Is this okay?

The County of Luringam, of which Lesville is a part of, is very cold and unsuitable for farming.

I changed my mind (a little). I would delete the first "of".

Why not just say "where Lesville is" or "where Lesville is located"?

What's your source? Google didn't show any results when I searched for "Lesville Luringam".
