OMG INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT slang. Please help, I'm desperate.

It's a scene from a TV show episode called the Deuce.

A girl called Abby is entering a dorm room and a female student tells her:

A female student: Abby, finally.
Abby: Studying or getting your heads up?"

I can't see what it could possibly mean in this context. By the way, people in the room are smoking (weed?) and reading something.

A male student: Pacing ourselves. A little bit of this, a little bit of that.
Abby (picking a book off the floor): Have you guys even read this yet?
A female student (2) We'll just cram our asses off.

Does this mean that they are going to study all this later or that they are already tired of studying?

A female student (2) Kind of hungry. Who wants pizza?
Female student: I'm up for John's.
Male student: Oh, man, I hate their crust.
Female student You have a better idea?
Male student: Yeah, Ray's on Prince.
Female student: Like you can taste the difference between John's and Ray's.
Abby: Seriously, you guys are done after the second slice.

Did she mean slices of pizza or an eighth of an ounce of marihuana that they were suddosedly smoking? What does "done" mean in here?

Female student (2): Who can cop some speed?

On the contrary, this seems clear.

Please, help.

By "heads up" she means they are getting "high" on the marijuana.

No, but this show is set in 1971 in New York City. It was understandable from the context what was meant. She was directing the question to someone who was at that very moment taking a hit off a joint.

I never heard the expression when I was in high school on the west coast at that time.

The show is brand new, the setting is 70's.

"Cop some speed" = "score some speed" = obtain some speed = obtain a type of drug called an "upper"

I think that done means they finish eating quickly. Speed (amphetamine) suppresses the appetite.
