Which of the sentences above is correct?

The first is grammatically correct. I'm not sure it's actually possible to withdraw money from the United States Federal Reserve Bank, but perhaps it is for the other banks which keep some of their money there.

I also don't know If it possible to withdraw money from the FED but it doesn't matter - the most important thing that I know now that the first sentence is correct.

1. I can't withdraw any money from the bank.
2. I can't take out any money from the bank.
3. I can't borrow any money from the bank.

I'd like know, too if the sentences above correct? I understand they don't mean exactly the same thing.

The Federal Reserve Bank is often known as the Fed. Some people capitalize all three letters. There is really no reason to write "the FED" though.
