Orig: One Saturday, Alice did that she washed her dog Spike.

Correction: One Saturday, Alice washed her dog, Spike.

One Saturday, Alice did that she washed her dog Spike.

Comment:
"did that she" is unnecessary.

Could you make a better comment. Thanks!

Why did you say: did that she ? Alice and she are the same subject, did is not only not necessary but incorrect.

Would you like to explain why you formed the sentence like this? This way we might get a better insight.

I didn't make the sentence myself but is trying to correct it. I don't know how to write the comments though.

Oh, I see, then I have answered you question, I believe.

I copy them here:

Alice and she are the same subject, did is not necessary and incorrect. Do not use the auxiliaries do/did in positive sentences except for emphasis.
