The following is so hard for me to understand. It's one independent sentence. Would you please paraphrase it more easily? You don't have to explain the meaning of each word. But I don't know why the word 'inclusion' is used and what it means there.

I can be counted on to support the same inclusion of family members that other colleagues have provided for families in previous shifts.

Thank you.

I don't know. Someone asked me to translate 46 independent sentences, and the sentence in question is just one of them.

You should know it is very difficult to understand stand-alone sentences without context. In this case you asked why use "inclusion". Without context there is no way to answer that.

"You can rely on me for this: I will favor including family members the same way that my coworkers on previous shifts have included family members."

There are colleagues on other shifts (work schedules). These colleagues have done something (we don't know what ) that involves "including family members."

The person writing this says he or she is in agreement with including family members [on his/her shift] in the same way.

Maybe it's the company picnic.
Imagine this:
A (to boss): Can family members come to the picnic? You know that the people on the other shift include their family members.
Boss: Yes, absolutely.
A: We might get resistance because our shift is bigger and it will cost more.
Boss: Don't worry! I can be counted on [you can depend on me] to support the same inclusion of family members [in our picnic] that other colleagues [leaders of other shifts] have provided for family in previous shifts.

This is just a guess about the type of scenario. But it's one that works.
