I want to know if I can say
"By comparison the US Phd's are more than India's one"

or India one's

or India Phd's

what is correct?
what is more natural speaking?

thanks a million.

The sentence is very unclear.

Are you trying to say "By comparison an American PhD is worth more than an Indian one"?

Sorry!

The comparison between PhDs granted in the US and India is that there are 7000 US PhDs to 200 Indian ones.
