Is it true that word "one's" means "your". Below is my written examples, but I am not sure that they are correct.

Tom, go wash one's shoes.
Mama, today I took one hundred dollars from one's pocket.
Daniel, I know that you love one's son.

No. We use "one" when we are talking about an unspecified or unknown person. In all of your examples, you know exactly who you are talking to or about, so "your" is appropriate.
