'or' or 'or else'

"Or" or "Or else": Which one I should use?

1- Turn the water up, or (else) we'll be here forever.

2- Turn the water down, or (else) water will splatter everywhere.

3- We must be there by six, or (else) we'll miss the beginning.

4- You should eat more, or (else) you'll make yourself ill.

They're all fine without "else", which is how I'd probably say them. However, "else" is possible in all of them. It adds a little emphasis.
