Can you give us an example of what you mean? To me, a "visual" in a presentation would be a picture so I don't see how that can be written.

Yes, you could make up a Powerpoint file if you have a computer and projector to show it on - or slides or transparencies.
But surely it would depend on what you were presenting, etc.
Are you only presenting the outline?
