Hello,

-You have been here later(earlier) than usual today.

-I have been in the GYM later than usual today.

Is that Ok if I use present perfect tense with 'later/earlier'?

Thanks.

I can't think of a likely scenario for such a statement.

If you normally work until 5pm and one of your colleagues finds you in the office at 6pm, they would say "You are here later than usual today".
If you normally go to the gym at 6pm but today you arrived at 7pm, you would say "I got to the gym later than usual today".
If you normally stay at the gym for 45 minutes but today you stayed for an hour, you would say (while you are still there) "I have been at the gym longer than usual today". After you leave the gym, you would say "I was at the gym longer than usual today".
